Who we use
Our shipping is provided by New Zealand Post. Shipping options include Courier and NZ Post, Standard and Rural.
Prices differ depending on the size of the products, but rural is an extra $4.80, and Courier is an extra $2.00.
We have a problem with the shipping prices on some of our products. These are displayed as prices of $20.00 for standard and $24.80 for rural. For what to do, please scroll down to Errors.
What this means
Rural is a term that means in, relating to, or characteristic of the countryside rather than the town. This means that you are not in an easy to access place. For example, there may not be a post office in your area, or you might be on a farm.
How you can check
Using https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ you can check whether you need to select rural or standard in the options that come up in the checkout. To use this, type in your address and scroll down. It will say if it is "Rural Ticket Required - Rural Delivery Address" and will have RD and a number next to the NZ Post Postal Address. Please put the RD number in the "apartment, suite, ect." section of the checkout.
What happens if you do not select rural
Any address that is rural and has been selected for standard shipping will not be fulfilled. You will receive an email, or text if you do not reply within a few days, and will be given the option to pay the extra $4.80 or cancel your order. Please contact us for more information.
What this means
Standard is generally cities or large towns.
How you can check
Using https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ you can check whether you need to select rural or standard in the options that come up in the checkout. To use this, type in your address and scroll down. It will say if it is "Standard Delivery Address" and will have not have an RD and number next to the NZ Post Postal Address. Please select either the standard or courier standard option, rather than rural. The address checker will also tell you what days postage arrives at your house. This will give you a deeper understanding in when it will arrive, and may help you with other purchases online too.
What happens if you do not select standard
Failure to select standard when necessary may result in the loss of the $4.80. We will do our best to refund it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be refunded. Orders will be fulfilled despite this. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method at the time of purchase.
What the difference is
NZ Post provide an affordable option of shipping that will be done in up to 3 business days. Courier provide a faster, slightly more expensive option that sends your package the next working day. This is not saying that you will receive it the next day, for more information look at the Timeline.
How to choose
If you would like to spend an extra couple of dollars on faster delivery, select Courier Standard or Courier Rural. (Check the rural and standard headings for which of the two)
How long will it take?
Time is money. We all know this, but unfortunately this means that there is a 1-2 day processing period. For a faster processing period, you can add a tip, and we will be more than happy to complete it faster.
Special instructions for faster shipping or a different shipping supplier can be given. If you do this please use the bank transfer method and do not pay it straight up. The final price will be confirmed by email and then we can work out a payment method from there.
Shipping price of product
Prices of shipping vary depending on the size of the item and which bag it fits in.
Rural adds an extra $4.80, and Courier adds an additional $2.00 to the original price.

We are aware that some items cost $20.00 for standard and $24.80 for rural. Please do not be concerned. This is for items that have not yet been checked for shipping or that do not fit in our current selection of bags. These will soon be updated, but in the meantime please order and say that you will use bank transfer for payment and do not proceed with payment unless you are happy with the shipping costs. We will get back to you and tell you how much shipping will cost and are happy to cancel the order if you are not happy.
